Refunds / Returns

 
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try on your items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

To start a return/exchange, you can now sign into your account and request a return directly from your portal.

If you are having trouble doing this, please contact us at support@sandandbliss.com along with your order number so we can easily locate your details.

If your return request has been accepted, you will be provided with the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to our registered address.

All US returns will be returned to our warehouse in CA, USA

All UK returns will be returned to our warehouse in the UK

All EU returns will be returned to our warehouse in Austria

All other returns will be processed back to our warehouse in the UK

Please note that once the return has been approved, you have 30 days to return an item(s) to us. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of the return being approved, your return request will be cancelled. If you have sent your return after this period we reserve the right to refuse your return request and you may have to pay additional shipping charges for the items to be returned to you.

If you do not contact us within the 14 day return period, we cannot accept the return.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.

Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.

Exchanges

Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, no additional shipping costs are required for the replacement to be sent to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

As of the 1st of June, sale items can only be returned for in-store credit or exchanges.

Items purchased with discount code: BLISSCLEARANCE cannot be returned as per our clearance item policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
