Delivery times

All orders are shipped out 3-5 days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with tracking codes and confirmation emails sent within 5-7 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, we aim to have all orders delivered in 6-15 working days. Please note that external delays such as customs checks can cause further delays to this delivery time.

 

COVID-19 Update: Please note during the current pandemic we will try to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, please do bear in mind that some orders may experience delays due to the current situation.

 

In the unlikelihood that your order does not reach you within the period stated above, please allow up to 60 working days due to potential customs issues that can hold up the package.

We source our inventory from several warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
 

Customers have 24 hours from placing their order if they wish to cancel or make changes to their order.  Please ensure you contact us via our contact page or email: support@sandandbliss.com with your order number so we can easily locate the order. If you do not contact us within 24 hours with your request and order number, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

If your order is incorrect and you do not inform us within this time frame we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Undeliverable items

If your order has an attempted delivery and fails, resulting in the parcel being returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for the parcel to be resent under the following circumstances:

If you provided the incorrect address, refused the parcel, or did not rearrange the delivery of the parcel in the required time, there will be a shipment charge for resending the parcel.

The shipment charges are based on the rates provided at checkout in your local currency.

 

Please note that if you decline to have the order resent and request a refund, the relevant charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the original costs.

If the parcel could not be delivered due to an issue with the courier or our services, the parcel will be resent to you, free of charge.
